Tearing down the house for lost ticket…

My fiance and I got in a… heated discussion about a certain topic. It shouldn’t have been heated. In fact, it shouldn’t have occurred at all, but I – being the self-centered emotional being which I was at the time – acted stupidly and knew in the back of my mind I was wrong. This being said, after another individual discussed the topic with me and I got mad at myself, I had the audacity to complain about it to my fiance. In my defense, I did admit that I was mad at myself, but, as self-centered as I was thinking, I managed to forget the fact that he is currently going through a similar situation, only MUCH worse AND he’s actually doing something about it, whereas I have been sittin’ on my keister…

Unfortunately, the best ticket I know of to get me out of this rut I’ve complained about is lost in this house! I’ve looked for it on more than one occasion before and still haven’t found it. I’m gonna have to tear down the house in order to dig my way up and out. That might take a while, so, I better go get started!!!

However, on the upside to all this, not only will my house get cleaned and organized (at least until I find it), but my fiance and I seem to be doing well despite the rough edges here and there, which convinces me that much more that I made the right decision in saying yes!!! đŸ™‚
